LaMé Essentials is an educational firm for provisional clinicians, educators, and supervisors of all licenses who work in the mental health field.
LaMe Essentials assists mental health clinicians in advocating for themselves by equipping supervisees to decrease poor supervision matching experiences and equipping supervisors to provide best practices in clinical supervision. LaMe Essentials works with clinicians at all levels and position statuses, whether they are supervisors, graduate educators, program directors, or graduate students. The goal of LaMe Essentials is to increase competent clinicians through effective supervision that will provide health equity to clients. Effective supervision experiences will contribute to cultivating competent and confident clinicians. Providing support to create and maintain competent and confident clinicians is LaMe Essential's mission for all clinicians.
